YOU MADE IT!! Well done! They're just gorgeous! The edge looks fine, too.

Btw, Labour Day is on May 1st in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
We had a beautiful warm(er) spring day. Not exactly knit sweater weather for Johanna...;-)

I might try socks like that in another 5 or 6 years. They are wonderful. And they look very complicated.
Good Job getting them done on time.

For me? How sweet!

(Well, probably not, but they are for one lucky person, that's for sure.)

I love the socks but I'm wondering where you printed out that nifty sockapaloooza tag to wrap around your socks. :)

It's a gorgeous yarn, a wonderful colour (I'm sure you didn't pick it because your Pal hates it & you want them back - hee hee) and it's a lovely pattern. You did a great job and I'm super impressed with all of you making these sock bands.

Cynthia, I want to tell some folks I know about Warming Grace, but I don't find a simple explanation of what it is among your posts. Because you continue to update it, it is somewhat fragmented. May I suggest and offer to write up, a summary of what the project is and why you are tackling it? It could be linked to at the top of your page so visitors would not have to scroll through your other unrelated posts to find out about it. It could even be its own blog, if you think that would work easier. I am also willing to create a blog for this purpose if you'd like me to.

Lord-A-Light Lady! I thought that I was getting sock knitting. I just finished my second pair of socks.I am looking for my next sock project and so I (haha) downloaded the instructions and took a quick peek. Holy Hanna! I didn't even get to the end of the second sectence before I hit trouble. What is a magic loop? How do you "tbl"? And that whole "wrap" thing leaves me a cold sweat.
I bow to your superior knowledge.
